Home / Services

We design, implement and maintain the most complex enterprise building automation systems.

Our core services include engineering, data integration, graphic design, full lifecycle project management, system standardization, energy consulting, customer training, sustainability planning, and dedicated service support.

Reflow user experience

Reflow is an HTML5 UI framework for Niagara 4, so interfaces run in the browser on the Niagara platform you already own.

  • Enterprise dashboards and navigationOne consistent experience across every site.
  • Floor plansSpatial views that make buildings easy to read.
  • Equipment and system graphicsClear, standardized views tied to tagged data.
  • Alarm and analytics viewsSurface what needs attention, in context.
  • Responsive by designControl-room display, laptop, tablet or phone.
Reflow equipment page grouping AHUs, chillers, VAVs, fan coil units, RTUs and exhaust fans with live values
Reflow room page with comfort values, fan control history, IAQ trends and electric usage

Systems integration

We link intelligent devices from multiple protocols and vendors onto a common Niagara platform with one front end.

  • Niagara N4
  • Niagara AX
  • BACnet IP / MS/TP
  • LON
  • Modbus TCP / RTU
  • P1/P2
  • N2
  • Tridium Niagara
  • Distech Controls
  • Honeywell Optimizer
  • Enterprise Niagara Supervisor architecture
  • Naming and tagging standards
  • Legacy system migrations
  • Honeywell Optimizer retrofits of proprietary controls

Engineering, design & consulting

We evaluate your building and goals, then plan how to reach them. Our designs let you choose solutions based on value rather than by manufacturer.

  • Facility and system assessments
  • Enterprise BAS standards
  • Specifications and MSI scope
  • Network and cybersecurity planning with IT

Implementation & programming

A strong team of controls experts handles programming, from a single JACE to hundreds across an enterprise.

  • Controller and station programming
  • JACE deployment
  • Supervisor and JACE upgrades
  • HVAC control replacement
  • Distech Controls retrofits
  • Honeywell Optimizer Advanced Plant Controller implementation

Energy & sustainability

Your BAS is your best energy tool. We tune it to cut waste while protecting comfort and critical environments.

  • Schedule and setpoint optimization
  • Meter and utility data integration
  • Outlet-level power monitoring
  • Energy dashboards
  • Sequence improvements

Commissioning

We verify systems are installed, integrated and operating as designed.

  • Point-to-point checkout
  • Sequence verification
  • Alarm and graphics verification
  • Trend-based verification

Project management & training

One accountable team from scope definition through turnover, so your staff can run what we deliver with confidence.

Data analysis & analytics

Integrated, well-tagged data is the foundation for analytics. We build it in, then put it to work.

  • Fault detection and diagnostics
  • Trend analysis and reporting
  • Alarm management
  • Analytics for critical spaces

Maintenance & remote monitoring

Scheduled maintenance plans give you greater facility control, optimized equipment and lower operating costs. Our staff provides remote monitoring and is only a phone call away.

  • Niagara software maintenance and patching
  • Cybersecurity hardening
  • Service calls and troubleshooting

How we work

A successful project takes commitment, planning and organization. Enterprise Controls Group has developed an internal process that allows us to offer the best professional service at a very competitive price point.

Project Analysis & Development
Data Integration
Graphical User Interface
  1. 01

    Prepare & Plan

    Define project scope and objectives.

Clearly outline the building automation systems to be integrated, the desired outcomes (e.g., single pane of glass, energy savings, occupant comfort) and appropriate timelines. Determine the problem that needs to be solved.

  2. 02

    Examine & Engineer

    Perform a detailed engineering review.

Assess existing infrastructure, mechanical equipment and current control systems (manufacturer-specific communication protocols, legacy controls and a baseline of existing data points).

  3. 03

    Review Responsibilities

Define and review stakeholder roles and responsibilities.

Assign tasks to the internal engineering, installation and programming teams and to the external vendors involved in the project (e.g., communication between all parties, meeting schedules and reporting requirements).

  4. 04

    Formulate & Facilitate

    Compose detailed procedures.

Develop detailed instructions for hardware installation, software configuration, programming and reporting.

  5. 05

    Execute Efficiently

Implement the system and perform functional testing.

Meticulously follow established procedures (e.g., connecting to existing systems, overall system functionality). Maintain detailed records of the installation process and results. Adjust as necessary.

  6. 06

    Commission Completely

    Optimize system performance.

Adjust control parameters, schedules and all algorithms to achieve the desired building environment. Develop as-built drawings and system documentation (e.g., updating existing specifications to reflect commissioning results).

  7. 07

    Turnover & Training

Comprehensive system documentation and operator training.

Deliver operation manuals, troubleshooting guides and schedules. Provide hands-on training in system operation and the interface, alarm response and basic troubleshooting.
